Unlike the houses in the village, this one hundred and twenty square meter apartment has no stairs inside and is located on the ground floor. The beauty of this apartment, however, is the view over the roofs of the village and the nature of Tuscia.

You can enjoy a fully equipped built-in kitchen and a comfortable open dining room: convenient because you can cook and talk together with your loved ones.
A living room with new Yamaha P515 Bluetooth digital piano with weighted keys, Sharp smart TV and LG Bluetooth hi-fi system. The Fastweb wifi connection is very fast.
A spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and French window overlooking the roofs of the village and enchanting sunrises. A bedroom for two single beds or a double bed. The mattresses are new, memory foam and handcrafted.
It is a magical apartment for your rest because being in the heart of the historic center, it has practically no noise and moreover the windows are new double glazed and tilting.
The heating system is autonomous and there is also a fireplace which makes the house more ‘cozy’. You have four comfortable beds: two double beds or one double bed and two single beds in the guest room.

The house is located a few hundred meters from all the most useful shops: food, bazaar, hairdresser, two pharmacies, greengrocer, two supermarkets, baker, pizzeria, optician, tire dealer, mechanic, tobacconist, ATM, restaurants, bars. Parking is free and close to the house.
